Paradox of belief and resistance

If you say, “I am stronger than this,” without truly believing it, you may attract the opposite outcome. However, if you say, “I am not stronger than this,” with a sense of calm acceptance, you can still attract the opposite, because the Universe does not register the word “not.” This relaxed resignation thus reflects an emotional state that is free of resistance, which allows positive change to flow unhindered.
